BOOKING POLICY

Minimum 2 nights stay.

Reservations can be made using the booking button. Alternatively, if you wish to book directly please note that a deposit equivalent to the first night’s stay is necessary to secure a booking, details required include :-

16 digit Card Number

Expiry date

Card Verification Code or CVC

Name & Address (including postal code) relating to the card provided

Anticipated Arrival Time

The balance of payment is due on departure and will automatically be charged to the card provided at the time of booking unless an alternative card or payment method is presented.

Cancellation Policy - as a small property we are particularly effected in the event of a cancellation.

Cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged where applicable a refund will be made less the £25 cancellation fee.

A £25 fee is applied to ALL cancellations, a contribution towards costs including card/refund processing and administration.

A reservation cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival may be charged the entire booking amount if the room fails to be re-sold.

In the event of a no show or reduced stay (after arrival date) the full cost of the original booking will be applied.
